The eWater Reticulated System (ROX60) offers various settings and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and tailored operation to meet specific needs.
How to Adjust the Flow Rate
Adjusting the flow rate of the system will increase or decrease the production rate of the system. In most cases leaving the flow rate on the default Standard setting will work for the majority of sites.
Flow Rate | Production Rate |
Low | 3 L/m |
Medium | 4 L/m |
High | 6 L/m |
Note: adjusting the flow rate will not adjust the volume of solution at the outlet points. This is controlled by the isolation valves and pump head pressure.
Instruction on how to change flow rate
-
Press the stop/start button to stop production.
-
Locate the Control Panel (A) on the system.
-
Press the flow rate button to cycle between low, medium and high.
How to Adjust the Amperage
The system allows for the amperage to be adjusted from the Control Panel. Changing the amperage will have the effect of adjusting the concentration of the solution being produced from the system.
We strongly recommend you contact our support team before adjusting the amperage to discuss your objectives and determine if this is best adjustment.
To adjust the amperage, the system first needs to be put into adjustment mode. Follow these instructions to complete the process.
-
Locate the Control Panel (A) on the ROX60 unit.
-
The control panel allows selections and settings of three different modes - normal, adjustment and check. To select a mode, hold down the set/reset button and press the display select button. The mode changes Nor. (normal) > Adj. (adjustment) > CHE. (check)> Nor. (normal) every time the button is pressed. To adjust the amperage, put the system into Adj. mode.
-
"A1" (current) will appear on the display.
-
Press the Flush Button. The current amperage will be displayed.
-
Use the UP/DOWN Buttons to adjust the amperage. The selected amperage will flash on the display.
-
Press the Set/Reset Button to set the amperage. The display will stop flashing and show "A1".
-
Return the system to Nor. mode by holding down the set/reset button and press the display select button.
After completing the adjustment to amperage, we recommend undertaking daily testing until the tanks have been completely refilled with the adapted solution (remembering that changing the amperage will affect the concentration of the solution).
Operational Indicators
Electrolyzed Water Lamp
Indicates the type of water stored in the tank. Blue for cleaning water, red for sanitising water.
Tank Level Lamp
Indicates the water level for each tank in three steps. Electrolyzed water is not available if this lamp is off.
Flush Lamp
Indicates the sanitising and cleaning water outlets are switched during flushing.
Replace Cell Lamp
Flashes when the electrolytic cell needs replacement.
Error Lamp
Indicates system trouble.
Operation Lamp
Stays on while the unit is in operation. Flashes when one unit is off.
Add Salt Lamp
This indicates the saltwater tank is running out of salt.
Add Neutraliser Lamp
Flashes when the neutralizer is getting empty.
In summary, the ROX60 offers a range of settings and adjustments, including flow rate and amperage adjustments, operational indicators to monitor system status, and maintenance modes to ensure optimal performance.
