How to change the flow rate on an eWater Standalone System

The flow rate on your eWater Standalone System can be adjusted to control how much solution is produced per minute and to fine-tune the cleaner and sanitiser pH levels.

This article explains when and why you might adjust the flow rate, and how to do it safely using the system controls.

A short video below demonstrates the process.

What does changing the flow rate do?

Adjusting the flow rate allows you to change:

  • Litres produced per minute

  • Cleaner pH level

  • Sanitiser pH level

The system automatically balances production once a new flow rate is selected.

In most cases, the default setting is sufficient. Only adjust the flow rate if instructed by eWater or if your application requires it.

How to access the flow rate controls

  1. Locate the lower front panel on the unit

  2. Lift the panel to reveal the inspection and flow rate controls

This panel provides access to:

  • Inspection information

  • Flow rate adjustment settings

How to change the flow rate

  1. Press the Flow Rate button

  2. Cycle through the available settings:

    • Low

    • Medium

    • High

  3. Stop when your desired flow rate is selected. The indicator light will show the active setting.

What happens after you change the flow rate?

  • The system will automatically adjust production

  • Cleaner and sanitiser output will stabilise at the new setting

  • No further action is required

You can begin dispensing solution as normal.

Important notes

  • Changing the flow rate affects both output volume and pH

  • Do not adjust repeatedly in short intervals

  • If unsure which setting to use, leave the system on its current setting

If you experience issues

  • Solution output seems incorrect

  • Warning or error lights appear

  • The system does not stabilise after adjustment
